SYDNEY, NSW — In what industry analysts are calling "the most comprehensive Sunrise Festival coverage by The Rocket Advocate to date," we can exclusively report that we have absolutely nothing to report about Day 1 of Sydney's premier startup event: Sunrise.

Like everyone else with a functioning weather app and a sense of self-preservation, we didn't actually attend due to the biblical downpour that turned Sydney's streets into impromptu river systems. Also, we were busy launching a news site, which seemed marginally more important than watching startup founders pitch in soggy shoes.

Our investigative team (Fee standing at her apartment window looking at the rain) has confirmed that water is, indeed, wet, and that outdoor events during Sydney's rain season remain a high-risk venture investment.

We'll be providing equally insightful coverage of Day 2, assuming our Editor-in-Chief remembers to actually attend.

The Rocket Advocate: Where our Sunrise Festival coverage is about as reliable as Sydney's weather forecasts.
